How to incorporate herbs and 6 tastes into your cooking and understanding food for your constitution, the three doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Ayurveda considers food as a medicine and when prepared in a certain way, your body is able to assimilate and digest it.
We will start with some theory and then split into groups and cook some chosen recipes, which we can sit and enjoy together.
